Hydraloop Inc. is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative to join our North American team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for connecting customers and partners with our cutting-edge, innovative products that enable our customers to save 25-45% on tap water and wastewater in buildings.

In this role, you will bridge our customers' and partners' needs and our revolutionary water-saving solutions. Utilizing your technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to understand customer requirements, you will identify the perfect product fit, and effectively communicate the benefits of our sustainable water solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic individual, preferably living in Western Canada, who is passionate about sustainability, loves to travel, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You should have a strong understanding of technical products and be adept at building and nurturing relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and partners to identify their unique requirements and challenges related to water usage in buildings.

  • Match customer needs with our innovative product offerings and provide tailored solutions.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our sustainable water solutions.

  • Provide precise calculations, including but not limited to volume calculations, device sizing, and energy efficiency assessments.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.


  • Bachelor’s degree combining sales promotion techniques with a strong technical background.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales and/or project management within the building industry, the environmental field, or a related field of business.

  • Proficient in interpreting and editing technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects and identifying potential discrepancies or design improvements.

  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel freely across the United States and Canada.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products.

  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
