Job Opening: Technical Field Support Expert – Hydraloop Inc.

Hydraloop Inc. is seeking a Technical Field Support Expert to join our North American team, supporting partners, clients, and prospects with the implementation of our award-winning water recycling systems. In this position, you will be responsible for technical support in the field, as well as the start-up of our game-changing technology that is revolutionizing the way we collect, clean, and reuse water in residential and commercial real estate.

Your role

As Technical Field Support Expert, you will work full-time and provide online training, technical product demonstrations, implementation, support, maintenance, and training for Hydraloop Clients, Partners, and potential partners across North America. We are looking for candidates who will deliver and support our comprehensive installation and training program. You will also engage in market research within the water treatment industry and identify potential customers throughout the United States and Canada.


Your background

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, hands-on skills in the field, experience within the building industry, and regulatory background (plumbing and electrical, possibly HVAC) as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. You should have a passion for sustainability and environmental innovation and be able to articulate the benefits of Hydraloop to customers. Also, you must be able to travel throughout both the United States and Canada.


If you have an educational background in the technical field, environmental science, or a related field, as well as relevant experience (minimum 3 years) in technical sales or support, we encourage you to apply. We also welcome candidates with industry-specific certifications or training in water systems.
