Partner Technical Support
Hydraloop Systems USA is looking for a candidate for the role of Technical Support with experience in setting up and providing technical support for channel partners and customers.
Hydraloop develops, produces, and sells advanced water recycling systems. After winning numerous international awards and distinctions, our young, fast-growing company is making a global breakthrough. From our office in Leeuwarden, we are working on building a partner network that sells, installs, and supports Hydraloop systems to both private individuals and business customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
The technical support expert fulfills a versatile role:
Technical and substantive assessment of project applications
Assist in the set up of online training materials for our US partner network
Certification of partners
Feedback practical experience to colleagues who are working on the product development
Contact with partners and large customers, especially via email and video calling. In the post-corona era also possible (short) business trips
Lead technical presentation for channel partner recruiting and training events
Ability to participate in field installations as necessary to support channel partners
Strong project management experience with the ability to work independently and multi-task
Who are we looking for?
Experience in the installation or support of technical equipment or machines: preferably both hands-on and involved in organizing them
Affinity with the digital work and experience on how to utilize digital channels to properly arrange technical support
Positive attitude, "self-starter" and initiative
Precise and accurate
Relevant prior education and experience
Preferably located in California
Ability to communicate in Dutch and English (Preferred)
Environmental or engineering background (Preferred)
