Hydraloop Systems in Leeuwarden is looking for an ambitious student to support the Sales and MarCom Team from September 1, 2023. During this challenging internship, you will have contact with Hydraloop Partners from all over the world. You will work in an international team of driven colleagues, the working language is English.
Hydraloop develops, manufactures, and markets advanced water recycling systems. Having won numerous international awards and accolades, our young, fast-growing company is breaking through globally. From our Leeuwarden office, we work to build a partner network that sells, installs and supports Hydraloop systems to both residential and commercial customers.
Your Profile
· You are currently studying at bachelor's or master’s level with a focus on commercial economics or international business.
· You have completed courses in the field of sales and marketing.
· You can work independently and have a hands-on mentality.
· You are accurate and result oriented
· You speak and write well in English and Dutch (working language English)
· If you have experience working in a CRM and/or PRM system, that is an advantage.
Start
You will start your work placement at Hydraloop with a number of intensive familiarization sessions. These will provide you with all the knowledge you need to function independently. During work you will be well supervised, there is room to ask questions and you will be given the opportunity to develop quickly.
Responsibilities
· Daily consultation with the Sales Team about priorities
· Processing data from potential customers in the CRM (Pipedrive) and forwarding it to Hydraloop Partners around the world.
· Qualifying and validating potential clients.
· Emailing and calling potential clients and Hydraloop Partners
· Processing data from Hydraloop Partners in the PRM (Allbound) and other systems
· Answering Hydraloop Partners' questions or passing them on to appropriate colleagues.
· Supporting the Sales and MarCom Team
Team
You will become part of the Hydraloop Sales Team and work closely with the MarCom Team. You will also interact with colleagues in the Back Office, R&D and Supply Chain.
Workplace
Like all Hydraloop employees, you'll work partly online and partly in the office. Hydraloop is located in the Wetsus building, within walking distance of Leeuwarden Central Station. We share our green office with several water technology organizations. We employ students and PHDs from all over the world.
Employment conditions
· This is a work experience internship, not a graduate internship. You will work a minimum of 3 days per week for Hydraloop - depending on the internship period and your studies, you can devote 1 or max 2 days per week to your studies.
· You will receive a competitive internship fee
· If you do not have a student public transport pass, we will reimburse any travel costs.
