DESCRIPTION

At Hydraloop we have a vision that in 10 years’ time no building will be built without its own greywater recycling system. We believe water recycling should become a standard item in every single home and building, just like climate control, solar panels, or a heat pump.

To assist us in delivering the vision with the highest level of technical excellence, we are looking for candidates with experience in delivering and supporting our comprehensive installation and training technical program. By becoming our subject matter expert, this role will provide field support, online training, site visits and technical document preparation Open positions in East and West regions of US.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Your specific responsibilities will be directed by the Hydraloop USA Managing Director and will include but not be limited to:

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products and solutions to customers and prospective customers. Be subject matter expert on the technology and solution.

  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support

  • Help clients solve problems with installed equipment

  • Assist in the set up of online training materials for our US partner network

  • Certification of partners

  • Feedback practical experience and collaboration with colleagues who are working on the product development

  • Contact with partners and large customers, especially via email and video calling. In the post-corona era also on-site visits and business trips

  • Lead technical presentation for channel partner recruiting and training events

  • Ability to participate in field installations as necessary

  • Research potential sources for recruiting qualified channel partners

  • Become a subject matter expert on Hydraloop, use cases and value proposition for prospects and partners by geography and industry in the region

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3 to 5 years of technical experience or similar.

  • Experience in the installation or support of technical equipment or machines: preferably both hands-on and involved in organizing them

  • Strong project management experience with the ability to work independently and multi-task Ability to meet milestones and deadlines

  • Driven by customer satisfaction

  • Affinity with the digital world, and ideally also experience on how we can use digital channels to properly arrange technical support

  • Positive attitude, initiative-taker and enterprising

  • Precise and accurate. Able to evaluate building schematics and floor plans

  • Relevant prior education. Experience in water industry preferred

  • Experience with CRM and MS Office, MS Teams and technical design software tools preferred

  • Team player with entrepreneurial spirit

  • Strong Technical writing skills to document process and procedures to share internally and with partners

  • Good communication skills with preference to some business development experience

  • Independent with hands on ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
