Job Opening: Growth Hacker / Digital Marketeer

Hydraloop develops, manufactures, and sells advanced water recycling systems. After winning numerous international awards and recognitions, our young fast-growing company is breaking through globally. The current stage in our business plan is ‘Extend and expand’ where we build a partner network to sell, install, and support Hydraloop systems to both private and business customers. To support our expansion, we seek an enthusiastic and driven growth hacker/digital marketeer with a genuine interest in sustainability.


As part of our dynamic, international team of 40 people, you will be responsible for the strategic use of analytics, social media, and online marketing tools to find and leverage the most effective growth strategies. This role blends online marketing, technology, and data analysis and requires creativity, analytical thinking, and agility.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement growth experiments to optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell/cross-sell strategies.

  • Analyze online visitor data to identify patterns, predict trends, and understand user behavior to improve targeted marketing efforts.

  • Utilize an array of digital marketing techniques such as SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, content marketing, social media, and viral tactics to accelerate traffic and conversion.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate marketing at the product level, ensuring product-market fit and enhancing user engagement.

  • Manage and optimize landing pages, user funnels, and conversion paths.

  • Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.

  • Conduct A/B testing for various marketing channels to understand the best effective strategies and use of resources.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, growth hacking tools, and competitive strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field, demonstrating successful customer base expansion in B2B and/or B2C.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL, et cetera).

  • Experience with A/B testing and web analytics methodologies.

  • Practical mastery of software tools for producing content, such as images, videos, presentations

  • Proficient in handling marketing automation tools and CRM software.

  • Experience in geo-targeting toward target audiences in multiple international regions.

  • Knowledge of the start-up/scale-up environment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
